We have been working on improving mutual exchange for a while now those improvements are now live.
There are three big changes
1 When you log on and go to the “My Mutual Exchange” page under “Your bids” there is now a link which says “Click here to view the Mutual Exchange properties that meet your requirements”. When you follow this link you will see properties that match your requirements for area, bedrooms and property type and this will compare your property details to what that person wants. This means searching for a good match is now much easier.
2 You can now send messages to other people using the system so it’s now easier to find out more detail before your consider viewing.
3 The search by area has been improved so if you want to view all the properties of a certain size in a certain area you can.
We hope these changes improve the service that we provide to you and increase your chances of finding a mutual exchange swap partner.
