Accuracy of Information

Choice Based Lettings Properties

Whilst the Councils and Housing Associations advertising properties make every effort to ensure that property adverts are accurate, they cannot accept responsibility for any errors. Properties advertised may on occasion have to be withdrawn: for example if a surveyor reports that extensive works are required, or a current tenant’s plans to vacate fall through. The Councils and Housing Associations also reserve the right to withdraw advertised properties for other reasons at any time, without notice. Wherever possible property images will be of the actual property being advertised, on occasion images of similar properties may be used.

Mutual Exchange Properties

The information provided on this website comes from the current tenant. While someone does check every advert and image that goes out to ensure that the content is not inappropriate we do not verify that the information is accurate or that the images are representative and the responsibility for this lies with our clients. We strongly recommend that a property is viewed and any documentation that needs to be checked is done before agreeing to an exchange.

Private Possibilities and other Adverts

The private properties on this site are advertised to extend the range of housing options available to homeseekers. ELLC is not acting as an agent for the landlords of the properties advertised and is not responsible for the accuracy of information about the properties provided by landlords. We have neither inspected these properties, nor make any representation as to the accuracy of any property details provided. We strongly advise you to inspect the property thoroughly to satisfy yourself of the accuracy of the statements put forward by the landlord before entering in any agreement.
