Mutual Exchange Schemes

 

Mutual exchange allows people already in social housing (a council or housing association owned property) to exchange properties with someone else already in social housing. For many people this can be a much quicker way of moving home than any other particularly waiting on a housing register of a local council. Sometimes this is the only way of moving home depending on your current housing assocation or local authority.
