To get started simply login by clicking on the word Login on the top menu bar and then view the properties by clicking on properties. You can bid for up to two of these properties that match your registration category and bedroom requirements each week (Barking and Dagenham and Family Mosaic clients have only one bid)
Mutual Exchange
If two people want to exchange properties and they are both currently living in a council or housing association property they can exchange the properties with the consent of their current landlords. We are now offering a service where you can match up your property with someone else looking to move. So you can now search from another list of properties offering you an even better chance of finding the perfect home for you without the very long waits you experience while on a housing register waiting list. Your Account
Your account pages have recently changed and will now give you more information – like when you last logged in or any messages your council or housing association have sent you.
Memorable Date
we have always used peoples housing register reference number together with peoples date of birth to log in to the site. Very occasionally this has caused problems with security, so we have given you the option to change the date you use so you can use another date to log on. We don’t expect many of you to use this facility, but the option is there if you need it.
Please Note
A number of different housing partners use this website and each week they have different properties available to each of them. This means that you won't be able to bid on all the properties you can see on this site. In particular the clients of London and Quadrant, East Homes and Family Mosaic should be aware that some properties with these organisations as landlords are let out to the various councils and as such they will not be able to bid on all the properties owned by these organisations. To view the properties you are able to bid on please follow the instructions on the property search page. It also means that there are properties to see even on days when you may not be able to bid on a property. Please don't be confused by this, the following is a list of housing partners and the days that their properties are available for their clients.
